Our mission at Well Counseling & Consulting, is to help older teens, adults and couples reach their full potential. We do this through the process of talking, listening, and learning. We largely see Depressive and Anxiety disorders. But, we are trained to treat a large variety of mental health and addiction issues. We are excited to announce we are now offering Brainspotting!

What We Do & How We Do It

At Well Counseling & Consulting, we believe in a “whole person” approach. We want to consider the mental, physical and spiritual components of an individual. And though we specialize in Christian/Biblical Counseling, we offer secular counseling as well. The spiritual components are defined by you in all cases.

We offer telehealth/ video sessions, using Google Meet. The client must be in Texas, Pennsylvania or Illinois. Please see our FAQ page for more information.

Sydney Lucas also provides clinical supervision to students in graduate school and pre-licensed individuals. She also does clinical consultations for fully licensed professionals.
